Complaints

We value your feedback at Insurance Box. If you have a complaint, we're here to help. Simply reach out to Jared at jared@insurancebox.co.nz or call him on 027 740 2695. You can make your complaint verbally, by email, or letter. We will address your concerns within 2 days and ensure a satisfactory resolution within 10 days. If your complaint is complex, we will let you know that this may take longer than 10 days to reach a resolution. If we cannot agree on a resolution, you can contact our independent dispute resolution scheme, Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) - a Financial Ombudsman Service. They are an independent dispute resolution service that costs you nothing to use and will help us resolve any disagreements or finalise outstanding complaints.
